Firstly, a person shouldn't try to fight it with alcohol or junk food — it is better to choose more healthy ways to distract like physical exercise, taking time off and leaving time for hobbies. Secondly, getting enough sleep is crucial, also some breathing techniques can release the tension. Thirdly, if a person can't cope on their own, getting professional help is necessary.
Everyone should know that productivity at work is less important than mental and physical health.
