1. The topic of well-being is difficult to define, even for in the field.
2. Despite their limitations, measures of well-being are valid and accurate enough to produce results.
3. Although well-being measures are not perfect, they still provide valid and reliable for researchers studying human happiness.
4. At the societal level, countries with higher levels of tend to report greater well-being among their citizens.
5. People who report the highest levels of happiness often feel deeply by those around them.
