Wage - the amount of money a person regularly receives for their job;
 
Salary - a fixed amount of money that you receive from your employer, usually every month;
 
Rate - a fixed amount of money given for something;
 
Commission - money given to someone when they sell something;
 
Pay review - the process of considering your salary again in order to make changes to it;
 
Performance - how successful someone or something is;
 
Raise - to increase an amount or level.

Examples:
 
You can get a raise if you work hard.

I would like to have a pay review with my boss.

We have a good salary.
