Dinner is around 7:00 p.m., and I always try to choose healthy and delicious food. One of my favourites is grilled fish with brown rice and steamed veggies. Fish is the source of protein and healthy fats that keep my body strong. And hey, if I’ve been good all day, I might treat myself to a small piece of dark chocolate. I am also fond of jogging after dinner. Especially in summer, when I can enjoy nature. Before bed, I like to treat myself with a good book or relaxing music. I usually don’t stay up late. I am already asleep by 10:00 p.m., which is important for feeling great the next day.

When lunchtime rolls around, I go for something healthy and yummy. My go-to is a salad with veggies, some grilled chicken for protein, and a slice of wholegrain bread. Veggies are essential because they give us all the necessary vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. I also carry a water bottle everywhere with me to stay hydrated.
