Hotel Review: Bella Vista Hotel, Rome
I stayed at Bella Vista Hotel in Rome for five nights. The location was perfect – close to the Colosseum and other attractions. My room was clean and had a balcony, which I really enjoyed. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast buffet had good variety.
However, there were some problems. The minibar was too expensive, and room service was slow. The safe didn’t work, and the swimming pool was closed during my stay. Also, check-in took a long time because there was only one receptionist.
Overall, it was a nice hotel, but some services need improvement.
